This is a good area; not the best but still very acceptable.
This is a good area; not the best but still very acceptable. Palma is 45 minutes walk one way, and the outstanding Puerto Portals 35 minutes walk the other way. There is a great paved walkway in both directions. Not so much infrastructure in terms of quality entertainment in the close proximity, but the hotel is so good that you don't really have to leave!Johnny the HotelUnited Kingdom

The pool staff and pool area is beautiful and the spa cave rooms were really special, definitely have a treatment if you can. The hotel is in a beautiful old building and the modern but equally lovely annexe building is a walk under the road through well manicured gardens and a well kept pathway. The pool area is gorgeous and has a cool vibe with great music. All of the staff were amazing during our stay and helped us with anything that we needed especially Hansi and Michael who were so kind. I don't usually like to go back to the same places or hotels a lot but I will definitely be returning to Zhero Hotel after such a fantastic experience.

The staff cannot do more for you and the gym facilities are good enough for a weeks stay. The location is fantastic, less than 30 minute walk to the main beach or the bus right outside the hotel takes you into Palma centra within 20 minutes.
