Very nice neat place. Excellent location, extremely friendly owners. Great food. Bed mattress and pillows could be better. Other than that, one of the best little hotels you can find.

Not much. It is just a glorified hotel in a palace that requires most guest to haul luggage up several flights of stairs—or pay extra for rooms with lift.
Great hotel, friendly & welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, amazing dinner (you MUST try the tasting menu🤤), and overall great value. The expresso machine in the room is also a nice touch…especially in the morning before a long drive! Cuacos de Yuste is a nice little village, very close to loads of great hikes & sights. I think the hotel has a car park, but I just left my car parked out on the street as there’s loads of parking available, and it seemed secure. I’d definitely stay again!
We had a delightful welcome, after an outstanding and breathtaking drive through Vera. There was a mutual delight in using Google Translate to assist our settling in. Having already eaten our main meal of the day before arrival, we did not dine in their award winning restaurant (but we wished we had). A good reason to visit again. Breakfast next morning was outstanding. This is a gem of a hotel, and is worth a considerable detour if you are not too far from Caucos de Yuste.
In a word, exceptional. Everything from the location of the hotel, right into the center of the village, to the kindness and efficiency of the crew, makes this place a recommended one for anybody visiting the shire.
By the way, the meal at the restaurant deserve a visit by themself.
This is the perefct place to visit the village of Cuacos de Yuste and the monastery of Yuste. Very friendly reception, very comfortable room and excellent food. Good price/quality. The place to be in this region!

The inside of the hotel and the room was very clean. New bathroom and furniture.
Only few minutes by foot to the centre of Yuste, with restaurant, cafe, and little groceries.
