This is a lovely base for visiting the local area.
This is a lovely base for visiting the local area. There are enough restaurants to try a different one every day for a long weekend. The Calle Mayor is beautiful and in the shade in the evening; most appreciated in 30C temperatures. We enjoyed a morning walk with the children along the river where there are several playgrounds and good views.

The breakfast is stupendous, offering more variety than anything that we have experienced outside Asia (with one - also in Spain - fabulous exception). The Spa experience that we had was very good and the outside pool was refreshing on a hot day.

The room was very comfortable with a fan provided (necessary in the summer heat) and the owner was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
