We stayed here on our way to Gibraltar and then again on our return trip. Santander is 2hrs away. The hotel rooms are very clean, large and well equipped. The hotel staff are very helpful ane some speak English. I would highly recommend you stay here to rest during a long trip. On both occasions I was surprised how much value for money it was. The isolation of the hotel is bad and I could hear people closing their doors, talking in the corridor and the person on the room next door taking a shower. Also when I opened the wardrobe I found 5 empty bottles of beer which made me wondering about the cleanliness.
