However, the true highlight of our stay was the owner, Rogelio. Our flight to Asturias arrived late, causing us to return to the airport to collect our rental car the next day. Rogelio graciously offered to drive us to the airport as he also had something to do in the town. But the journey didn’t end there. He took us on an impromptu tour of the town, sharing fascinating insights about local architecture and the rich history of Asturias. This personal touch added a layer of depth to our understanding of the area, enhancing our overall experience. Rogelio’s dedication to ensuring we had the best possible experience in Asturias was truly remarkable. His passion for his hometown was infectious and added a unique dimension to our trip. Hotel was well positioned near the facilities, restaurants etc of Cudillero. There's only one road down into Cudillero and the hotel was on the road but was very quiet. We stayed only only one night so made few demands on the hotel.

Good location. Room had an innovative heating method with the heater embedded in the wall between the room and the bathroom, and the temperature was easy to adjust. Much appreciated after a long cold walk.
