Those with a hire car will doubtless have trouble in the high season with parking very difficult - the nearest we managed in March was around a quarter of a mile away! Some hotel building noise nearby, but this is likely in many places. Safe looking beach and plenty of bars and restaurants around. A city with a fresh sea breeze! A wonderful place for a vacation, an excellent hotel, and a beautiful, pleasant city. Clean, peaceful, and friendly! There are many opportunities for leisure activities catering to various interests and physical or financial capabilities. Lovely beach!
Lovely beach! But don’t go there for the Spanish experience… it’s all Germans and german restaurants, German dentist practice, German osteopath, etc. Everything is written in German to the point that if I didn’t have basic understanding of the language, I could have struggled getting around. There was even a restaurant called “Wurst land”!

Lots of restaurants and bars we even had a superb Indian meal one evening. I liked the little bars with life music. Staying in Paguera It is not the most authentic Spanish experience (nearly everybody speaks German) and the architecture is average however a good place to relax and enjoy with family.Dorise - 10Scored 10

Easy to access We chose not to hire a car and local bus very efficient all around the island Mar y Mor excellent fish restaurant Port Andrax is lovely Illyas restaurant in Camp de Mar is excellent

Excellent man-made beach - Platja Palmira.
Excellent man-made beach - Platja Palmira. There were 2 more beaches also close by. Sun loungers and umbrella E4.5 each per day. Resort village with main street and beach street with restaurants/bars and shops. Side streets with further restaurants and bars. Felt very safe. Easy to walk around, did not need to walk far. In early Sept = 95% German retirees.

The hotel do offer all inclusive options which are a good price/quality compared to other options outside the hotel. Services were great, staff very friendly, they offered a luggage room and allowed us to stay within the hotel common areas after checkout, so we stayed by the pool and took a shower before going to the airport! From the UK and Paguera is mainly German families, which was not an issue but meant all local bars and restaurants more geared towards Germans. We went into Santa Ponsa one day to Irish bar which was nice. The main hotel is lovely and modern, food was faultless and all staff were lovely from the reception staff to waiters. The animation team couldn't do enough even though my Granddaughtet was a bit shy.

The sun beds are free and very comfy. It is possible to stay in the hotel, but go to the beach for a swim to cool off. Breakfast is very extensive. The cocktails and other food are amazing. The hotel had the possibility to do the antigen test for covid on site, which is really convenient when travelling back.
