Lovely physical layout of public areas and room; reception staff were excellent and helpful, especially as I arrived earlier than check-in and they let me know as soon as room was ready. Location is ideal for Camino walkers like me who wanted a real, though reasonable, hotel room rather than a hostel. There's a bar and also a white tablecloth restaurant for dinner. It's right next to the church/cathedral where the Pilgrim Mass and blessing happen at 8 p.m.

Staff, specially Bianca, was super helpful and accommodating with a minor issue we had. Help us out greatly and we are most appreciative. The dining staff were very friendly as well. Everyone so professional. Enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended. The best so far at this stage of our pilgrimage.

Best breakfast! Fresh cut fruit in my fresh squeezed orange juice, the best tortilla I may have ever had. This place was the 1st place you run into when you reach Espinal. Sadly we did not have revs at the only restaurant in town, and the bar had bad bar food.
