I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the room's cleanliness and the bed's comfort. The hotel is well-situated, especially if you plan to use bus services to travel into the city center.

Dated.. lot of work needed. Pillars that shown in the pictures are stained. This property needs a facelift.
It was 12 euros taxi into Seville Old Town
Hotel was very large and a bit shabby on the outside but smart inside.
The bar was very inefficiently run. One waiter was actually running up and down.
Breakfast was good a good selection.
It was set quite high up and had a main ring road running beside it so there was no chance of walking to or from this hotel.

The Town is very spread out and hilly, and unfortunately the pavements are in the worst overall condition that we have seen anywhere in Spain, and are often totally lacking or obstructed by parked cars, causing you to walk at the edge of busy badly lit roads. The best thing is the ease of access to Seville via the Metro from either of the two stations.

The shuttle bus was useful but I think it should be free into the city,it isn't far and if there was somehow to walk there it would have been fine but because of all the main roads and no walkways it was not possible so you have to use transport. I little bit tired and in need of tlc in places.the staff were really helpful.

Beautiful entrance to the hotel with lots of great areas to sit in. This hotel is further out from the main part of Seville. We arrived and flew in late however there are still restaurants open till late in Seville. The receptionist said we would find it hard to find food but this wasn't the case. The room upgrade was lovely and a surprise. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. There was some stains on the main sofa which wasn't very pleasant. Good size bathroom and clean. Saw there was a pool outside with areas to sit in.
We ended up booking this hotel last minute because we had a horrific experience with another accommodation in Sevilha and bailed out!
Kind staff, huge place so always a chair available in the lobby to relax. Fab breakfast, really worth it. A bit busy of course but we went in July so probably peak season.
Pool was great as well. Especially good for people babies as the shallow part is very shallow, between knee and ankle height.
Hotel has good location and nice staff. Some of the rooms are renovated, some are not. All public areas are renovated and look nice and fresh. Breakfast buffet is really nice with a lot of choice. We had a smell problem with our initial room and the staff was very helpful and they relocated us right away to a new room. Rooms are quite spacious and clean.
I really enjoyed my stay at this fabulous hotel. My room was exceptional. A shout out to the staff. My check in was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The shuttle was excellent and a great bonus. Continue offering that service because it made a major difference.
Check in and check out was smooth, great Christmas decorations and beautiful hall. Nice welcome table with water and crackers for kids.
Free parking. We liked that it was the close to the centre and because we had a car this was a hotel that offered free parking and close to supermarkets.
The restaurant staff were very nice and made us feel very comfortable. The pancakes were nice for breakfast. The water bottles from the vending machine were a good price. The hotel itself looked lovely with the fountains and palm trees.
Really nice breakfast buffet with lots of choice, well prepared dishes and some nice vegetable options.
The hotel facility was quite large, but very attractive architecturally.
