It was an overnight stay post golf en route to next golf destination. The hotel team were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Hotel very comfortable and food satisfactory for the occasion. Would definitely stay again. Did not use the pool or other facilities. Short trip to Sotogrande for restaurants and next to La Reseva golf course. ideal location.

Sotogrande is a pearl of a place located on the southern coast of Spain, about 1 hour south of Malaga. I found this very nice racquet club, minutes from my hotel; 6 tennis courts, 3 red clay, 3 hard courts, 6 Padel courts. The staff was super accommodating. There were multiple restaurants in the port area which were all within a 5 minute walk. Nice beaches in the area. Close to Gibraltar and Morocco, etc. Great weather

Sotogrande is a unique place. It is secure environment. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from and some small boutique type shops. It is not a place that welcomes the badly behaved, it is cosmopolitan, family or individual you will find it suits.
I have been visiting for 10 years alone and with family and always want to return.
KE is a Spanish restaurant with wonderful views of the sunset over the Med. Hairy Lemon can not be faulted for its appeal to all ages and the staff most helpful. Friday night for Euro Tapas is a must do. Midas has the cooling breeze while being able to sample the Spanish menu or sip a Cava on the large terrace.
That is just a sample of the port there is Mercado de Levante a few minutes walk with more shops, bars, restaurants and views.
Car, cycle, Segway, boat whatever your mode of transport they can be hired in Soto.
I would recommend a visit, Sotogrande is expensive by comparison with other local places but definitely, as they say, "you gets what you pay for"

Secure and relaxed, fairly sophisticated, although the overall character of the buildings might be described as somewhere between Italy and Disney. Nice restaurants and walkways, some nice shops. Well designed waterfront. Beach was ok, though not the best.

The reason for our stay was a family reunion (3 people) for which the hotel is ideal. Close to the motorway and Gibraltar airport, and within driving distance to other restaurants and areas to visit like Sotogrande Marina, Castellar Viejo, Tarifa, Estepona, Marbella etc.
We had half board (breakfast/dinner) which proved very useful after a long day visiting various places.
Perhaps our only regret is that the wine list lacks variety and is altogether too short for the restaurant in a 4 star hotel.

Personally I would not go there again , the only good thing I found was a very good Indian restaurant close to the hotel .. apart from that a rip off harbour , where an Ice cream shop tried to charge me €3.50 for a very small potion of ice cream about the size of a chicken egg , obviously they think people are stupid .

The Port of Sotogrande was a lovely place to visit in the evening, sitting on the terrace of one of the many bars/restaurants around the harbour area, watching the people & slow moving traffic going past & gazing over the many amazing yachts & boats.
The apartment is very easy to find, access is simple (1 set of keys needs to be checked for functionality). Raquel was very friendly and accomodating even at the most extreme times :) We enjoyed the views and climate. All amenities of the apartment are very good and accommodating to our needs. A local store nearby has most of the basics, the Sotogrande SuperCor 3 km away is exceptionally well managed. Access to local and long travel road trips is user-friendly. All in all, we had a great beach recharging TIME!
A modern yet attractive hotel with very pleasant public rooms, stylish decor and very amicable and helpful staff. I only really partook of breakfast yet that was very good indeed; I struggle to think of what more anyone could want. The pool, though officially closed was still accessible if one accepted no lifeguard at this time of year (refreshing not to be nannied!)
My room was marvellous, comfortable, clean and quiet
The apartment is perfectly located with direct access to a street on the marina with lots of places to eat. Situated on floor 3 with a nice view of the marina, the apartment is big and very well looked after. Nice furniture and great kitchen. Only 15 walk to a supermarket which is quite small but adequate for most needs. This is in Torreguadiaro. Convenience store also available in Sotogrande which sells bread.
This is our second time at this property. And again we had great time. The house is perfect - big and comfortable, great view from terrace on porto, very well equipped, comfy beds, nice design. It is located in private part of Porto Sotogrande. You can park on site. Great restaurants and shops just next door. Fantastic for families with kids.
The house and gardens are beautifully maintained. Sam was extremely welcoming and helpful and everythin exceeded our expectations. we were visiting for a wedding in the Sotogrande area and the location was ideal for us. We would heartily recommend the Villa as a place to stay for people looking for a quality B and B at a reasonable cost.
The apartment is so nice and cozy with a very modern touch. It is clean and very comfortable with a spacious underground parking. The big terrace has a wonderful view to the Sotogrande port. Marta was very kind and helpful in guiding us in the area.
Nice location with the ability to walk to restaurants and shops. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids too! Also, the unit we stayed in had the best washer and dryer we have ever found during a stay in Europe!
Great location at the beautiful Sotogrande. We was meet by the owner by the hairy lemon & he showed us to our room. Good facilities, very comfortable & great location.
Pool area for relaxing has plenty of chairs, grassy area, and towels. Location right off the highway is helpful if you’re taking day trips or in town for sports.
The hotel is fine. The time of year was quiet but I knew what to expect.
Breakfast was good. The room was a little tired as the hotel is old, but acceptable.
