The Hotel Reina Cristina has a great location in the beautiful historic quarter of Teruel, where there are many examples of Mudéjar architecture, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On the outskirts of historic Teruel, the hotel is a perfect expression of the mixture of cultures and styles of this interesting and monumental city, home to some of the most representative buildings...

We like to stay at Paradores hotels. It was clean, comfortable, parking was free, plenty of food in the restaurant and a choice of drinks in the bar. It's located just outside of Teruel with peaceful surroundings. Easy to find, close to the motorway.
Located next to Los Fueros Park in the city of Teruel, this hotel is ideally positioned for getting around on foot.

We really enjoyed this little hotel. The woman at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful and it was great that she could speak English. Our Spanish is not good at all. The room was very clean and comfortable, nicely heated on the chilly night we were there and brightly lit. And they happily stored our bicycles safely overnight in a storage room by the reception.

Teruel once began a campaign ‘Teruel Exists’ because of its remote location and the fact it so often overlooked despite being an administrive capital for the southern Aragon region. I can categorically state that it does exist after spending an all too brief night there on a cycling tour.
It is a stunning city built on a hill with an incredible rich history. The Mudejar Towers are mind-blowing and the old steps and narrow alleys of the town are steeped in history. Teruel is famous for ham with many restaurants offering the finest cuts. Valencia is on the train line so that’s also a good combination and a stunning ride if you take that journey. I did it by bike !

The experience was tainted by the fact that we arrived the day after their 3 day festival ! As a result a lot of the restaurants were closed. The city itself has a lot of outstanding buildings but it really doesn’t have too much else to justify a stop of more than one day. Great tapas in La Barrica at lunch time.

Teruel is an old historical city, people lived there since the first age DC.
It has an old center of town that can be visited on foot without too much problems. The old city center is protected as a historical place and well kept, you can see that they do a lot of effort to maintain it in its original state. We visited the Provincial Museo, is worth to see how people lived there in the last 21 centuries.

Teruel is a pretty little town steeped in history. We only stayed one night as we were travelling but intend to come back.
The town has many restaurants and bars as well as a range of shops, it was at the centre of the Spanish Civil war so if you're interested in this type of thing there are many things to see.

I needed a night stop on journey from ferry to my home on Costa Blanca. I have visited Teruel before and it was a convenient place for a night stop.
It is a very interesting town, full of history, wonderful architecture, one of the best ethnographic museums, as well as churches. Lots of excellent restaurants and good hotels.
Good for skiing in the winter, if you do that - I don’t!!!

The hotel was on the edge of the centre. The staff and hotel was fantastic, and having private parking was a bonus.
The town was easy to tour on foot and lots of bars and restaurants to visit.
Would recommend the hotel and Teruel
Nice grounds with mature trees. A lovely old building with sumptuous public areas. Pleasant terrace bar, where pots of tea as well as other drinks can be had. Parking close to the reception, overseen by cctv. Easy access to the motorway via the Teruel North junction, and not too far from the city. Quiet at night despite proximity to a main road. Room comfortable, well lit, with a spacious bathroom. Most staff friendly and helpful. Some accommodation of the needs of a gluten free diet.
Everything was excellent as we were travelling through Spain with our 2 dogs and were looking for some quiet over-night accommodation. The location was beautiful (amazing views) and Sonia was the perfect host - a few beers and tapas on the terrace was most welcome. - Breakfast was great, serviced on our own small terrace. Our dogs were also made very welcome. - overall "Excellent" - and we'll be back !
The appartement was great, a spanish atmosphere, among beautiful old buildings. The welcoming was warm and full of kindness. We have been helped for carrying the luggages. Wonderful people. The garage is not far away. For the breakfast, plenty of cakes and bread, Coffee or tea. The area is quiet.
I really advice this accommodation if you want to spend a lovely and peaceful time in Spain.

Very large apartment with 3 separate bedrooms and a dining room on the top floor (elevator access) of a centrally located building. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are obviously newly renovated, nice new furniture. Excellent communication with the staff through booking. The location is very good for visiting beautiful Teruel.
The location's perfect (at least for me) since it's close to the bus station and it's also right at the historic centre of the city. Everything's basically nearby (the mudéjar churches, museums, restaurants, they're just a few steps away). The hostel also looked generally clean and I also liked the vibe of the cafe on the ground floor.
Great stop over on a road trip. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The free tour of the tunnels under the hotel was great. Teruel is a beautiful town. The Mudejar towers are just stunning. We could see this one from our hotel window.
An exceptionally clean, quiet, warm room (in December) in a hotel located 15 minutes walk from the old centre of town. Very friendly, helpful staff and secure on site parking (albeit at a cost of 11 euros extra).
Cosy stay in one of the oldest Hostals in Spain dating from the 16th century. Lucky us had a double bed plus a single, since Spanish double beds can be quite small. Located inside the old city wall.
Best hotel in town, point. Very centraly located, all main sites, restaurants, etc... at your doorstep. New hotel with good size room and bathroom, big smart tv and comfy beds.
Everything. The hotel was gorgeous, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was very good too. I think this is an excellent hotel in Teruel.
Central location.
Safe Deposition of our E-bikes in-house.
Vivid atmosphere on the nearby placas in the evening.
Red rocks in the landscape around Teruel.
Overall great hotel and stay. Great location, just a couple minutes from the historic center. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable.
