It was our second stay in Casa de las Arcas and it was as good as the first one. The place is magique and the family guarantees that you are very well taken care of. We never plan what we will do as they give us perfect ideas how to spend each day. The breakfasts with the view are delicious. The room is very comfortable.

Eveything was great except that the noise of the shower and any other (thankfully very few times) coming from the adyacent room was too strong

The property is located about 2 minutes from Potes town and is surrounded by the mountains and nature. The calm and peacefulness that you can breathe there's is gold. The host, Albert, is the heart of this place. His attention and service are outstanding. From serving you a great breakfast to help prepare your daily visits to the natural park, he walks the extra mile for his customers.

It was nice, comfortable, and reasonably good service
Small authentic village. Although to be able to eat out, you need to go to the closest villages such La Vega or Potes by car. Other than that, the place is fantastic with great views on the mountains. Great get away from the city.
this small family run hotel suited us perfectly. breakfast was above average especially compared to most Spanish Hotels.
This hotel does not offer restaurant facilities but they gave us plates and cutlery when we asked. The host family were most helpful and gave us advice about the locality / history etc.
The location was superb as we like a quiet location where we can appreciate the surroundings flora and fauna. Casa De Las Arcas ticked all our boxes.
our second visit here. basically for the secluded position in the Picos de Europa, off the tourist route. This is a well appointed family run hotel that does a good breakfast. Note that they don't do any other meals but restaurants are approx 2km away in Vada or 12km ion Potes.
This was one of the best places I've ever been to in Spain. The location is spectacular, the hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. We would definitely return - winter or summer!
