Location is great! You’re a short walk to the Atocha train station El Prado Museum and other highlights. The bar staff is awesome! Phillip remembered what we drank and had it ready without asking. Cesar was super hospitable always. He remembered our names and room number and was very informative about where to go and what to see. Jazmine at the front desk helped us greatly with restaurant reservations and transportation always with a smile. Camilla in the restaurant was a joy. She knew every detail of every dish and wine list. Ordering food with her was a breeze, timely and provided great service. These 4 employees are keepers and made our stay enjoyable!

Lovely, friendly staff and comfortable, well appointed, though compact room. It is very well located with good soundproofing windows, considering it's literally next to Puerta del Sol and it's a very active area at night especially. We would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend. We booked a deluxe room and were up on the top floor. So, no noise from the streets. Perfect location in walking distance of the main sites, museums, and metro stations. Arrange a taxi with reception to the airport, it's €33.
