We have stayed at this hotel multiple times when visiting Paris. We come back because of the convenient parking situation and the proximity to the subway stop. We also enjoy the neighborhood restaurants as a place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. The location was next to a bus stop that led into the city so that was good.
Set 1969 feet from Parc Floral de Paris, Charenton's place is an apartment with a kitchenette in Charenton-le-Pont. The property features city views.

It was clean, comfortable, quiet. It's a cozy studio, so it fits two comfortably. It has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, along with a washing machine. It's not too far from the metro, and the neighborhood is quiet and nice, with nearby cafes, bakeries, cheese and meat shops and grocery stores. We were worried about the riots in France, so the location was ideal, as it was just outside of central Paris, which was still easily accessible by the metro (it takes 20-30 minutes by metro, depending on which part you're going to). The owner of the apartment was very helpful, and came and made the second bed for us when we requested it. Overall, we were quite pleased and would stay here again.
Le Cosy - Free Parking - 2 min métro - 5 min Paris is located in Charenton-le-Pont, just 2.6 miles from Gare de Lyon and 3.1 miles from Opéra Bastille.

This conveniently located hotel, easy to reach from any place in Paris, allowed me to have a very comfortable, quiet, clean room for a budget price. While other hotels were so expensive, with this this hotel Porte de Bercy I could afford to stay in Paris.
The food for breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious, in large and airy rooms.
I recommend it to tourist so they can sleep well and do not burn a hole in their wallet

Reception needs a bit of more warm attitude. pls provide water atleast. requested for water so many times.... that was the only issue. The cost of restaurant was too much. so, i didnt take their buffet as you can eat at onethird price just in next shop...

Good point is the shopping centre but it seems to be on the verge of closing down. Pärking underneath the hotel is shared with the centre and there are loads of spaces available for a reasonable amount of 12 euros from midnight to midday. Unfortunately that's all there is to say, the place is extremely difficult to get to with the signage not very clear, even with satnav. Traffic is horrendous and if you miss your junction you have to go all the way round the system again. Good point is that an Uber will cost only about 9 euros to get you to Porte Dorée area where there are lots of interesting things to see and visit. Charenton le Pont is too remote for anyone wanting to do touristy things.

Stayed there due to a conference close to the area. Otherwise would not recommend. The rooms and building in general are quite old and the service was inadequate at times, particularly when it comes to the variety of options for room service. There is a superb bakery though very close as you exit the hotel. Also it was thankfully close to Liberte metro station making transport convenient. However, overall, poor quality-price relationship.

The room was spacious, clean, bed and sofa were comfy :) good small kitchen anex, clean bathroom. Plenty of towels and three-in-one shampoo. There was some visible wear and tear on the furnitures, but nothing broken, just not brand new :) the elevators are old, but working just fine. It's nice to have some small shop in the common area near the entrance :) there is also scale for your luggage, but you need one euro to use it. Hotel is near metro station, big Auchan and also it's situated the opposite of very big park/forest :)
Room: Is comfortable, Initially they given a room, there is an toilet flush was not working, rang to reception they gave an another same type of room.
Breakfast: excellent lots of varieties
Location: Excellent, next to hotel Liberty Metro station, from here going to Eiffel tower is very easy and it takes 30 minutes(changing one station) I really like it.
Staff: They are very kind and helpful regarding any information, we requested them to keep our luggage after checkout, they accepted and we collected after couple hours.
While I was sleeping, the ignition alarm rang at 7 am for a long time and the sound was very loud. Thinking that the fire broke out, I am hurriedly left the room with my family and went to the hotel reception, Many customers hurriedly left the room. Then we waited for about 10 minutes , a waiter said nothing happened. It was a malfunction, and we were all dissatisfied. I went back to the hotel late at night and slept very late, and the alarm system was disturbed in the morning and I didn’t rest well.
Worth for money , if you dont expect any thing big. 10 min away from Bercy bus station. You can get bus number 24 to hotel . Bus stop is just 50 m from the hotel . Or 25€ taxi ride. Nice hotel restaurant and got paid luggage locker 7€/4€(large /small locker for 24 hours) . Bed size is same as any budget ibis. But this one has bit bigger shower/toliet and privacy proper door. Overall it was good experience .
The property is located on the outskirts of Paris, it takes a bus change number 24 + Metro ride to get to Paris city center. it’s a task to get bus tickets from Bercy station as it always has a queue and no one from RATP to help. plus all the shops around The hotel shut at 8pm and there are no eating options within walkable distance
Hotel was really nice and calm. All stuff really friendly and spoke english. No problem with leaving the hotel during the night. I would deffinitely recommend. We knew it was off the centre but there is a metro station really near, so it was no problem to get around.
We arrived by car, so having an affordable and convenient parking in a nearby parking garage was important. The location near a metro station was another reason why we chose this hotel. A buffet breakfast with many choices was a great start to our days in Paris.
It was very clean in the common areas and in the room when checking in, convenient self check in (no problems with late check in or early check out), close to the metro, very convenient kitchen with everything you need. I would stay at the hotel itself again
Room was small but clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. If you have a short stay in Paris and going to be out of the hotel most of the time, then this is an ideal choice. Has a small café across the street.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. It had a good breakfast and a hotel bar. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It was quiet. It was near the bus station as we were getting an early bus.
We liked the proximity of the hotel to metro, tram and supermarket, all of them are in a walkable distance and 24 hours help desk.
Hotel arranged temporary storage room in case you arrive before 3 pm
