The welcome was very warm, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is ideally located 6.2 miles from the small and charming town of Jugon Les Lacs and is pleasant for a stopover or a short stay in the area.

We booked this accommodation for one night. Then approx one week later, we got an email from the hotel saying, hotel is closed, sorry cannot honour the booking. I asked for an explanation and got none. I asked them to cancel my booking they didn't. Then the day before booking was due to be used, I get an email asking how is my stay? Very suspicious and quite bewildering experience. I think communication is very important and being honest with people. I don't feel this accommodation provided that. Suffice to say, we won't plan on booking this place in the future.
