Fred is very accommodating and informative. We just booked the stay after we landed as we were not sure if we could drive after the long flight. We arrived at the property early and Fred was so nice to allow us to check in early. Fred also arranged dinner for us with very short notice. We absolutely agree with the positive things others have said about this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and he gave us clear directions when we arrived. Our room might be small, but it's got everything you need for a comfy night's stay. Plus, the hotel is in a great spot close to the city center, and parking was easy to find.
