Des is a lovely host and so helpful. The house is lovely and spacious, our bedroom was huge with a lovely big bath and views across the pasture. Its a great location for Epping and The Barns (weddings).

Proximity to the airport and train station was excellent. We got a room upgrade, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.
