The location and property were perfect for what we needed. The hotel and rooms are as pictured. A comfortable large light and airy room with a mini fridge and air conditioner. The hotel is across from a wonderful beach. Although it's in a tourist location it was quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we wanted. a small number of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants are all nearby. It's not an overcrowded tourist area. There is a bus service to the main town, however worth hiring a car to explore the island.

The friendly greeting! The spotlessly clean room with a view. Right on the sandy the beach!! Very peaceful. The welcome basket with lots of coffee, yummy food, and wine. We loved the location and beach area. There were lawn chairs and umbrella available with no additional cost. There was also access to a washing machine with laundry pods. Twenty steps to bus stop. Wonderful stay! The girls (sisters) are so friendly and kind!!!!

It was a very traditional Greek style house- tastefully decorated.

Perfect location, perfect view, perfect room. Our host was an angel and the experience of staying there was relaxing, luxurious and cozy.
Five steps from the front of the building and you're on the beach. The best, most authentic greek restaurant right when you walk out. I would give 6 stars if I could.

We arrived on Sep 28th and left on Oct 2nd. The season in Sifnos ends on Oct 1st so the area was rather empty, however bars and restaurants in Platis Yialos were open. The beach is beautiful and the food is superb. Public buses at the end of the season are spars, and taxis are pricy, so we rented a car for a day when we wanted to visit other places on the island.

Nice place, long sandy beach, calm water.
Nice place, long sandy beach, calm water. Plenty of restaurants, terraces, bars, several mini markets. Good prices, great food. My choices are Steki for a traditional dinner (incredible good price) and NUS for a sophisticated one.
Very clean place, nice buildings, beautiful view.
Personal overall impression: traditional, but without feeling it old.

Beautiful little place on the beach.
Beautiful little place on the beach. The village runs along the beach front. Plenty of restaurants and bars available in small area. Full range. Not many tourists shops but that’s fine by us. Very laid back feel and friendly people

Very nice beach although too expensive for the travelers as well as for the hotels guests. Actually the premises ask guests to pay 40euros for every day rent for 1 sun umbrella and 2 beds. The food was quite expensive too.
To sum up, very nice Greek Island and very attractive beach in Platis Yialos although quite expensive.

Our place Le grand blu apartments were lovely and rustic.
Our place Le grand blu apartments were lovely and rustic. Spacious and beautiful view of sea and marina of Platis Gialos. Our hosts Costa & his wife were very gracious and lovely and always asking if things were well for us. This is their family property handed down. They have pride and take care of it as best they can but only thing is that fir my needs there were too many stairs to top unit. Having had hip surgery I should not have booked for this reason. If you want rustic Greek charm that adds a bit of south if France flavor thorn perfect for you and small families.

All was good. Maria and all of the staff were great.
All was good. Maria and all of the staff were great. They worked hard to make our stay totally enjoyable. The island is safe. The beaches are from a picture postcard. There are many good places to eat. We took Fabio's day long boat trip , which was so good. Next time we plan for a longer stay. Best vacation we had in years.
Moschoula herself was kind, gracious, very helpful and an excellent host. She provided us with complimentary food, good suggestions and was one of the reasons we would return. Marcella, who cleaned the rooms, kind and excellent too. The upstairs suite, comprising two rooms, a kitchen and living room, plus two balconies (one overlooking the beach), is definitely the best room to book. Great location, within easy reach of the beach at Gialos. Otherwise, you’ll need a car to get around the rest of Sifnos - which is normal for wherever you stay.

Cosy and clean room well decorated , quiet location, nice view , relaxing pool, good breakfast . Villa Irini is situated in a nice area , in a street leading to the beach and right in front of the bus stop . Alexandros and all the team are doing everything for your stay to be the best ., they even upgraded the room for one upstairs so I could benefit from a sea view You will find restaurants and little markets on the beachfront , you just have all you need . I recommend this place and hope to come back !
Amazing hotel. Fantastic location steps away from a world-class beach, but elevated to give a sense of privacy and exceptional views. The rooms were well designed and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed at other hotels twice the price and didn't like them as much as we loved Niriedes. Highly recommend. There was private parking, too. Our room was two levels, which gave us space to move around, lounge, and set out our luggage.
The hotel is located near Platis Gialos, we went there by car but there is a bus stop nearby if you don't have a car. Very close walking distance to the beach. Plenty of parking. Value for money for Sifnos. Very friendly host willing to make the best for us when we requested to check out late. We didn't but she offered all the help. Quite area for sleep. The kids loved the elevated room with the ladder and the adults the privacy of the basement room.
Set a few hundred meters from the beach amongst fields and olive groves, the place is easy going and confortable. You feel away from everything else. Maria welcomed us with ice cold water, much appreciated. Rooms are quite small but when are you ever in them apart for sleeping after a long day visiting Sifnos? Other guests are discreet and rarely seen as everyone heads off for the day. Copious breakfast you can order the night before.
This is a spacious, not new but extremely well kept and designed hotel. We simply loved the relaxing common areas, the art, direct access to the beach, swimming pools, beach service and wonderful atmosphere. The owner’s family are wonderful people, always ready to help, chat or laugh with you. Definetely Sifnos is on revisit list:)
Kind helpful staff who provided information and change facilities prior to moving into room.
The place is newly refurbished, clean and right in front of the beach. Location is amazing, in probablythe best seafront of Sifnos.
We were provided with a basket with some food and coffee even though breakfast is not normally included.
Perfect location, perfect view, perfect room. Our host was an angel and the experience of staying there was relaxing, luxurious and cozy.

The location was great right across the road from the beach. The room was spacious and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. Cleanliness was top notch. There’s a yoga/Pilates class on site and plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Loved the styling of Verina Terra.
The mattress was amazing! We also had a sea view from the room, so we enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony a lot. The hotel is 3 min drive from the beach (or 10 min walk), there are some nice places to eat and have a drink too. The staff was very kind and helpful
Wonderful location and friendly staff. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of options and a nice coffee machine for different types of hot drinks. Beach and swimming were so nice and we spent several days in the loungers reading and relaxing.
Lovely accomodation right on the beach. The rooms are decorated beautifully and very clean. The location is excellent within walking distance to everything. The restaurant is great and handy having it downstairs. I would recommend
It was kept up very well. the Gardens were beautiful. it was in a peaceful
location yet a short walk to the beach. the staff was
overly friendly and even steamed my boyfriends suite for a wedding we were attending.
Quiet ambiance with a million dollar view of the bay. Not too far from the action on one of the most active nightlife beaches in Sifnos.
The pool area and view is pretty amazing.
Located on one of the nicest beaches in Sifnos, 10m from the sea. Nice common area for drinks and breakfast, nice sun beds on the beach. Super friendly staff.
