We are so glad to have chosen rimba eco. The room was so nice. From the balcony we could see the volcano. And the room is very clean and comfy. We had an amazing experience doing the highland tour. Everything was beyond our expectations. Also the breakfast and dinner were so tasty! And big thanks to Arno and his wife for helping us with our travel incident. Also thanks to all the staff! The price was reasonable for the basic accommodation. The room was very basic. There was a restaurant and lounge, but they do not serve alcohol and there are no other options for a drink in walking distance for women in the evening.

Excellent service from airport pickup to checkout. Was generous enough to give us extra hour at check out. Room reasonable size. Plenty of outlets. Pretty quiet. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. Staff welcoming and quick to help. Wifi good. Room service quick and reasonable. Light switches a bit confusing. One turned off bedside outlets and bathroom. Hotel was full so catching an elevator took a while at key times.
