All staff are very very sincere and very attentive to all your queries, Mr. Navin there is very caring and cooperative and took good care of guests. Hotel Breakfast was awesome and even lun and dinner was also good.
Also have a outdoor Bike parking space.

Staff are good. Helpful and polite. Except for the cab driver who drove us from MG road to the hotel. It is better to take a cab on your own from MG road to the hotel. There are plenty available.
Location, although far from MG road, is near from sightseeing places, and the nathula Pass Route is more convenient from the hotel.
