First of all the room was very small in size as per the rate of the room per day was 2000( 1800+ taxes)....the AC of the room was unable to cool the room..... window AC controls were not working..... mosquitoes and cockroach are all over the place.... couldn't sleep comfortably whole night during the stay, due to mosquito bites.....asked mosquito spray to the staff that was also not available, how could be it more bad then this....the drainage system was not properly fixed in the bathroom.....water kept running from the drainage system to our feet..... that's disgusting 😞......hotel staff took breakfast order then forgot about the order and deliver it at time.....due to which we were late. Overall very bad experience which lead to disgusting experience and I want refund for the stay from Booking.com to provide this horrible experience .
Or else would reconsider myself to book hotels from Booking.com.
Would inform others to not book hotels from Booking.com to relatives, friends clients and business partners.

A 2 day break after a hectic 5 day week amidst city traffic...
A 2 day break after a hectic 5 day week amidst city traffic and pollution would be anybody's welcome. We stayed at Tent No. 103 at Matha Forest Resort for 3 nights from 17/11. The scenic beauty with mountains and greenery surrounding all around was much enjoyed.
Sitting on the tent verandah enjoying the early morning sun and the evening wintry chill with hot piping coffee mug in your hand is a thing to cherish forever.
But the Katla Kalia had in the Dining Room of the property just did not reach our expectations and the taste was simply so 'hathke' or just too too dreaded. To double sure their recipe, I tried twice but it was no good. Hard luck. B'fast and food otherwise were okay.
We had also traveled to Eco Adventure Resorts and Kushal Palli, so as to have a glimpse of the properties.
Hospitality of the staff deserves a special mention, especially Mr. Karan and his team. They made us feel so homely.
In a nutshell Matha Forest Resort is value for money for a weekend trip.
