An amazing place. A short trot along the path brought us to our own private Oasis. Paradise really.

We stayed here while visiting the western peninsula. Beautiful town, accomodations fine, bathroom was a little tight with a shower curtain and enough room for luggage. Breakfast included and also went to the swimming pool up the street and local restaurant for dinner.

The location is lovely- remote and peaceful but close to the cliffs and other pretty areas. It's a really special spot, as you have the mountains to one side, and the beach within eyesight (about a 10 minute walk away). The thing that makes this spot very special is the owner and staff. He is very caring, takes his time in assisting each person, is very willing to share and recommend experiences, he truly puts a lot of effort into making sure your stay is enjoyable. It's a small team- seemed like only 3 people do everything there, but they do it really well. As a side bonus- they have a great tea selection :) We will be coming back- I highly recommend it!

Very nice accommodation in a newly renovated building. This house is owned by two young friends and thanks to that it creates a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. You will feel like at home here and you can also refresh yourself with anything from fridge, which is full to bursting. In the morning owners will prepare a delicious breakfast for you. Everything can be arranged with them. And if you have time in the evening and you want you can talk to them about anything that interests you about Iceland. Or listen to their stories while they work as fishermen. Place is still being improved by the owners, so I believe that next season it will be an even better experience.
Quietly set in the Westfjords of Iceland, these cottages are located along the Patreksfjördur Fjord. Each offers cottages with cooking facilities and views of the scenic sea and mountain countryside.

Hygge vibes were above and beyond anything we could have dreamed here. So romantic and cozy to stay on a sheep farm in the middle of the westfjords.
