We were served breakfast by the owner with all that you would expect of an Italian breakfast including great coffee ! The property is a restored villa from 1875 with hand-painted ceilings which would normally be beyond this price point. The villa has a commanding position near a hill-top with a great view of the sea.

Paula and Emanuele made our stay absolutely unique, it was like coming home and being in a family in the morning while having a great breakfast outdoor or indoor as we liked it. Both are so friendly, share whatever you like to know and their is constantly a lot of humor in the air, also being part of it is lovely and funny Samp, the female family dog. The room is new and big with all comfort you need and the bed a dream, we slept like a stone, nights are so quiet. We road a road bike almost every day for 150 km in this wonderful area and this is the ideal place to be. On rest days, you have plenty of interesting tourist options nearby (from Portofino to Cinque Terre). Don't look any further, there is no better place than this. We will come again! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the booking process and check-in a breeze. The place itself was clean, lovely, and well-maintained. We stayed here two nights for my birthday and we came back with wonderful memories. The room is comfortable and clean, good breakfast, the outdoor jacuzzi with the view is super. And Fulvio, the host, is the best. His kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel at home and we would love to go back and meet him again.

excellent location, on the seashore and close to the old town. The hotel is a historical building, the lobby, the staircase, everything makes you feel like you're in a museum, at the same time being very comfortable. Upon arrival we received a room update, a suite on the roof with a wonderful view of the sea and the area, practically 2 rooms, although we only used one but this update was a pleasant surprise and we appreciated it. The hotel has a beautiful garden where breakfast can be served and also a swimming pool. The private beach is across the street, it was under construction when we were there, but the weather wasn't good either, so we didn't benefit on it
