We had a fabulous experience at NHow Milano, a stunning design and artistic hotel located in the heart of the art and fashion district, just a 10-minute walk from the Navigli area. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of visually appealing and tasty options, including a delightful strawberry corner with treats like chocolate-covered strawberries, strawberry mousse, and more.
The staff surprised us by upgrading our room to a suite with a jacuzzi when they learned it was my birthday. They even gifted me a box of special design chocolates. This level of customer service truly created a "Wow" effect!

The room was wonderful, facilities and inclusions were great. Check in was easy and the reception and security staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great breakfast inclusions. Great value and great location for our San Siro Stadium tour, was within walking distance.

I really liked the room, it was well renovated and comfortable. And also the breakfasts are very tasty and plentiful. The hotel is located very conveniently, there are 2 trams passing by: number 1 and 14, which take you to the city center and attractions.
