A quiet position close to lovely Dolo centre. After parking in the forecourt, we were welcomed at this family run hotel and were made comfortable in our room. As suggested, we drove 3 minutes to Dolo for dinner. There was a coffee machine to make coffee in the foyer.

They did not have a restaurant at present, but there are many places to eat in the village of Dolo 2km away. Even on Sunday, we found a very nice restaurant in the afternoon. The hotel itself is an old mansion and still has the flavor of the past. The owners are working to update various items, but the rooms are clean, well serviced, bathrooms are in good condition. The staff is very good. And yes the TV works. The breakfast is very good. Free parking also. No street noise either.richardUnited States

A bus station is around 200 m from the house. The bus line 53 will bring you either to Padua or Venice. Or you can easily drive with your own car - what we have done. Very nice hosts - we arrived early due to a very early flight and they greeted us with tea and coffee and prepared our room way before the standard check in time. Very clean and comfy rooms. Nice breakfast. Bus to Venice is 10 minutes walk away and gets you right in the heart of Venice.
