Good town with a family friendly ski resort nearby. If you want more entertainment and ski slopes, you can drive 30 km from the town to the Marmalada mountain and get to the sella ronda tracks. My room was a good size, clean and comfortable with a fabulous outlook over the mountains. The food was excellent and the staff were kind and generous in allowing me (as a female solo traveller), to eat my meal in my room - this was very much appreciated. The hotel is incredible value for money with very affordable prices. I would highly recommend.

Location: 2 hour drive to Braie slake, 1 hour drive to Canazei, 1:50 drive to Ortisei, 35 min to Moena, 20 min drive to Alleghe beutiful lake. In Falcade there several Pizzerias, the closest one and highly reccomende Livia (250 METER FROM THE HOTEL). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Dolomites. Would definitely send a friend there.

Rooms are very comfortable and well heated, excellent lighting, matrasses are new and fresh but...(see my dislikes). Dinners have been overall superb, with a wide range of options, food was freshly cooked and we enjoyed every bite after hours spent on the cross-country skiing slopes.

However after long discussion, we made it to get another room in another hotel. This hotel was nice and comfortable even though the cleaning ladies in the morning were a bit loud. The location was good and walkable.

Washing machine in the building was a gamechanger :) Spacious kitchen with heating plate. Very small bathroom, but it has everything you need and we were positive surprised how smart was it adapted.

Hotel is in a little village, where you can find everything you need (restaurants, bars, shops, ATMs....). Breakfast was delicious with so many different cakes. :) And the staff is really trying to please you.

So keep in mind a longer travel time to get somewhere in the Dolomites. We loved the solitude of the surroundings! It is a apartment, but towels, soap and toiletpaper are provided!
