The location is fantastic, right on the ocean front. The breakfast room looks out over to sea from a tower. The rooms were very pleasant with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. We had such a wonderful time in Favignana cycling around (from a place next door). Its a 5 minute walk into the Old Town and 10 minutes to the port to catch the ferry,

Posizione, gentilezza dello staff, ottima colazione.
What a fabulous place to visit. We stayed 6 nights which I think was a little too long. 3-4 nights would have been sufficient. We hired motor scooters which was a great way to see the island. Such a beautiful location with amazing clear waters to swim in.

A hidden gem, beautiful island for walking and cycling.
A hidden gem, beautiful island for walking and cycling. Great food options and lots of history. We hiked up to the old fort which had great views of the whole island. It’s derelict and dilapidated, a bit creepy really but Urbexer’s would love it as there’s stuff to see, like an old bathroom with a stone bath and what looks like a generator. We also visited the Turtle Conservation Centre, the talk is in Italian but there’s information translated and you get the gist. Some of the buildings in the port area are very beautiful and old, it has a 1930’s feel to it in places. Palazzo di Florio built by the family who made their fortune from the tuna works they built, also beautiful, has palm trees an looks stunning lit up at night.
Bicycle hire is the thing on the island which is mainly flat. We cycled but there are many places hiring electric bikes, and boats too. If you’re flush, hire a boat - take a picnic, perfecto!

This island is very small, but has so many amazing beaches!
This island is very small, but has so many amazing beaches! Renting a bike is the easiest way to get from beach to beach, definitely a must. There are several great restaurants and all the staff are incredibly friendly. (Although very little English is spoken by most) Could easily spend 3-5 full days on the island.

Favignana is a unique place to visit.
Favignana is a unique place to visit. We stayed there for 6 days which was enough time to truly unwind and enjoy the beautiful beaches that are plentiful in the island. The water at most beaches is crystal clear I would recommend visiting liddo burrone if you want to enjoy reclining on a deck chair with an umbrella. Cala Rossa or Bue Marino if you are a more adventurous swimmer and Cala Azzura if you just want to chill. The nearby islands have beautiful grottos you can explore that are just as nice as those in Capri. It is helpful to have basic Italian to communicate, as most of the tourists in this area are Italian and thus most of the hospitality staff have little English.

Favignana is a beautiful island with very few hills and can be easily toured by bike. Such a pleasant landscape and many many beaches you can stop and swim. It was very crowded. But the place is gorgeous and the sea is transparent. So rent a bike take your sun towel and GO!
Beautifully renovated with lovely arches. The balcony is fantastic and the breakfast has been lovingly prepared. The family owning the hotel is so lovely, caring and helpful. Really wonderful people who truly care about our stay being pleasant. The property is about 10 mins walk from the town center. Which makes for a lovely post dinner walk. It is quiet around and we can see the beautiful water and bay. We can also see the castle so well, illuminated at night. I particularly like the high arched ceilings.
A really nice and peaceful place immersed in a pine forest and just a 2 minute walk from the sea, great for a restful holiday. There’s a good restaurant on location and another one just a short walk down the shore, and the hotel is in a perfect location to visit the entire island by bike or scooter, no more than a 20 minute ride from anywhere. A bike rental service is on the premises and provides free transfers from the port if you rent a bike. Highly recommend!
The hotel was very communicative and met us at the entrance when we arrived. The space was clean, large and comfortable. The location is a little secluded, which is nice but for guests with a lot of baggage, you would need a taxi to get there. We packed small bags and rented electric bikes, which worked out well. It is about 10 minutes into town on an electric bike. Unfortunately due to seagull nesting season, we did not desire to use the platforms.
The pool area was nice, although they need more umbrellas for shading the loungers. The bar is right next to it which is handy.
Staff are pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast has a range of fruits, cakes, cereals, meats and cheeses which were all fresh and delicious.
The hotel is 4mins by scooter from the ferry and never more than 13mins from pristine beaches or a wonderful sunset.
The service, food and facilities were perfect. We left a different property when we initially got to Favignana because it was nothing like it was advertised and when we checked in to Mangias it made up for everything. The restaurant was better than some Michelin level food we had. Rented scooters on the spot at the hotel - cannot recommend enough nor fault the resort.
The Appartement is situated in a quiet little street in Favignana. Good access, parking facilities in front of the house. A good supermarket is around the corner. A big variety of restaurants is nearby. Nice big terrace and spacious rooms. Beautiful view to Castle Santa Caterina. Very friendly and helpful owner, he speaks excellent English. Pet friendly.
The location is just perfect, in the heart of Favignana. All restaurants, bars, shops are around the corner. The port is very close so that you can carry a big lagguage without problems. The host was extremely nice, waited for us at the apartment and provided us with a bottle of water in a very hot day.
We had an incredible stay. Brunella made us feel so welcome and was very helpful with booking cars and suggesting things to do around the island. The hotel is gorgeous, feels like a tropical oasis. Very peaceful and relaxing, wish we could have stayed forever. We will be back again in the future.
L'oasi, as the name suggests, is a peaceful and cosy place in Favignana! Only 5 minutes by bike from the city center, the nice and exotic environment comes with the best breakfasts we have had in Sicily: several types of truly delicious homemade cakes are daily available! Highly recommended.
This the perfect little B&B in Favignana. The staff were the absolute kindest people. The room was super clean, with towels, and nice shower washes. Breakfast in the morning is outstanding, a delicious spread of home baked traditional Sicilian pastries and cakes, plus local fruit.
the place is very conveniently located and it is clean, spacious and very nice. noemi is an amazing host, she literally becomes your personal concierge and goes the extra mile! i definitely recommend this place anyone going to favignana.
Excellent accommodation and very centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay on Favignana and Casa Maja definitely helped! Good bikes from Noleggio Isidoro gave us the means to explore and we liked Cala Rossa and Cala Rotonda best.
good hotel.
located in the city centre near all the bars and restaurants. you can rent a bike for 5€ per day to reach the far beaches.
breakfast is served at the bar nearby and a large buffet is available.
Top location, very close to the city Center, very close to the harbour. Staff super friendly, breakfast boys very kind and happy 😉. Nice view, and bike service in the hotel highly appreciated.
The location could not be better for visiting Favignana.
The Resort is peaceful and elegant.
Breakfast, evening cocktails and dinner were simply wonderful.
We will indeed be returning!!!
The patio upstairs was huge and after sunset perfect to spend time in a cool spot, the location is very quiet but at the same time just 2 min moped drive from Favignana centre.
Staff was very friendly. We rented e-bikes from the hotel and they were great and handy to go to the beaches. Excellent location (close to the center but in a quiet area).
