It is in a location where you can find supermarkets (walking distance) and easy to como and Milan. Fabio was great in responding to our questions right away. We stayed during a stat holiday in Italy and everything was closed, the host helped us find our way around so that was nice to know that someone was there to assist us. The staff was very polite and smiling, the room very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I could have stayed even more :-) They even accepted our big dog without any problem for which I'm very thankful because it's not easy to find a hotel that accepts big dogs. Beds - - super comfortable, soundproof rooms, so clean. The hotel dinner was an unexpected treat —- SO delicious. The pool was also awesome. This is a fantastic place and in a fantastic location to visit both Milan and Como.
