Excellent shower, with really hot water and great pressure. Very good breakfast. The staff are very kind and helpful. Bus stop right outside driveway into Bellagio (5 mins away) or to Como if wanted. Very happy with our stay.

The owner of the property is very nice. He and his wife were really helping. Guide us properly about places to visit, dinner restaurants and timing of restaurants. The owner also helped me with adapter for charging my phone. He gave us the lake view room. Very friendly people . Worth staying 😊❤️

However the room didn’t meet up to expectations and can be better. The flooring is quite poor , the bed was nothing to write home about.
