We were truly impressed by how kind and helpful the staff were. We planned our trip urgently so they have helped us to book tables in restaurants in 3 nights before our arrival just within one hour after I asked for their help. The lady at reception (it's too bad of me for forgetting her name) was always proactively offered extra support to us including securing the same room that we liked when we went back to Florence after Cinque Terre.
Also location is just best, right in front the central station. We only need some small walk to reach to the centre of old town.
Will always consider to book again next times we're in Florence. Highly recommend.

Excellent location - 3 min walk from SMN train station, < 10 min from Duomo. Our initial room was facing a busy street and it was noisy at night. The staff graciously moved us into a room facing the courtyard
