Everything as expected. The property looks even more beautiful then as shown in the photos. Just love it. Neat and clean.
The host was just great. He even came to welcome us and explained everything. Also gave us his personal number for any emergency.
The price is quite good compared to any other options in the Rome.
Just 7 mins walking from the train station and the train takes just 19 mins to reach Rome.
Multiple grocery stores and eating options near by.
Just loved the stay. The bad was very comfortable, the toilet was very clean. The wifi speed was also super fast.

I saw little of it but was here on a training course, mainly. Went to a lovely & friendly restaurant here, one evening. The rubbish & recycling system is quite daunting. Around the apartments, the external bins are kept locked apart from just as the rubbish is collected.

Quiet area eventhough 10 minutes walk away from the historical center of Monterotondo. Also near Rome center, easily reachable by public transport.
