The room is spacious, cozy and full of taste, the bed is really quite comfortable, and the view on the river is so peaceful. The bathroom is very spacious and modern.

Beautifully restored and converted 600 year old mill. Fabio is a delightful host and his mother, Maria, is the chef making the delicious home-made dinner we had requested. Very small property, only 2 rooms, and restaurant caters only to villa guests. Fabio lives on site and is available for any requests. Free on site parking, excellent wifi, comfortable rooms, lovely gardens. Included breakfast was simple but satisfactory, served out in the lovely garden.

I loved the view from our window. The bed was very comfortable and the snacks for breakfast were very handy. The location in the heart of Fossombrone was ideal.

If we weren’t travelling down the Adriatic coast from Udine to Puglia, we wouldn’t have known about, let alone stayed at this incredible place.
A world heritage site, Urbino is a 15th century walled city located in the Marche region. We only stayed one night here, but lucky for us it was a Monday, so this awesome airbnb was available for us to stay in. Because of it’s Palatial and historical vibes, it felt like we had been transported in time.
Would just love to come back and stay here again. As the Airbnb guy Roberto said on our departure, “You get to live like a King or a Queen when you stay here” and he was certainly not wrong.
