Superb facilities, lovely country setting and nice staff. Very nice evening meal served by a young lady who seemed to be doing everything. She is to be congratulated.

Really experience the history and culture of the area in this impressive castle. Dating back to the 17th century, it was once a convent and is now elegant bed and breakfast.

The location of the hotel is superb, the gardens are beautiful and well kept and the castle atmosphere reflects the owners commitment to this historic building. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, including the pool staff. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the brunch in the garden was also excellent. The swimming pool is very attractive with its pool-side bar area and gardens. We appreciated the 'quiet' atmosphere and the availability of books. The hotel is situated in a wooded, verdant, rural, not too touristy area but close to Ivrea the capital of slow food.

Excellent position in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and helpful and their restaurant fabulous. Good value and an extremely pleasant stay. Will return.
Very interesting semi medieval town. Slightly scruffy but with great charm. NOISY in the small streets caused by the Italian lifestyle, big voices and drive their vehicles grand prix style with lots of horn use and don't take prisoners it tight situations! Big castle to visit. Appears they have an outlets shopping centre and Hypermarket, strange for a small town. Easy to get to , not so easy once in ! One to visit for a bit of real Italian history and way of life.

This is the second time I've stayed at the castle and I enjoyed it both times. I would recommend to anyone who finds staying in a castle interesting but realize there are many steps to get to the castle. It may be difficult for some to climb the steps. The service is impeccable and they were bending over backwards to help us at anytime we needed help.

The restaurant is the best part of this hotel. All dishes were tasty. We really enjoyed our dinner. The hotel is located in a beautiful castle. Rooms are decorated like in a castle, it’s very nice and special. It was our second stay in this hotel and we hope to come back again.
