The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The small spa (separately to order) is a grotto with stone walls and wood, perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The breakfast is plentiful and beautifully presented. The in-house restaurant Al Mastin Vecchio is in a beautifully decorated authentic wine cellar, good cuisine with competent service.
