Friendly staff! The rooms were incredibly clean & comfortable. And the food - both dinner and breakfast were so good we didn't end up eating anywhere else in town. They also let us store our baggage for a few days while we were on the trail, can't thank them enough!

Absolutely breathtaking. Great location, very central. The host has done a great job with the rooms. There is plenty of room for five adults. Breakfast was amazing and dreamy. It is a very relaxing place to be after a long day of adventures.

Historically interesting town, once the inventor of eyeglass mass production. But now a sort of 'rust belt city' trying to remake itself. It is in a beautiful valley. Food options are more than OK. Beautiful old church.

The town is a very good access point and a place to stay if you are planning a multi-day trip around the Dolomites. It is surrounded by mountains from all sides and is only 30-60 km away from all the major hiking trails.
The town has many restaurants that are open after seven o'clock in the evening. Getting around the town is easy. The roads are narrow though so some side-streets require pedestrians to share road with the cars. This is fine, as the traffic is light.

Very nice host and excellent restaurant in the hotel. Also a possibility to park the bikes in a secure garage for the night. Breakfast was typically Italian - sweet, plus yoghurt, fruit and nuts. The room with two single beds was rather small, so one had to wriggle to get out of them. ;-) The furniture is not modern, but everything worked fine - TV (only Italian programmes), Wifi, shower etc. The place is rather calm with a few restaurants, a lake a hundred metres downhill and Tizian's birthplace.
Check in was quick and easy. The balcony had amazing views, location was perfect for loads of different walks as well as a very short walk into town to many bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Beds were super comfy. The owner was very welcoming and friendly especially with our late check in time. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. The hotel had ample parking, a nice patio to sit on in the evening as well as different lounge areas and we really enjoyed our stay here.
the decorations of the hotel is fancy which let you feel super comfortable
no noise at all
the staff is very professional and speak different languages
you feel that the hotel is brand new
fantastic lake view
the room is large enough
excellent breakfast
we missed one item in the room then we back the day after. the staff was very cooperative and they found the item after deep search and they even offered a coffee (THANX)
Very cosy, well designed wooden hotel in the heart of the Dolomites, close to the lake and not far from main ski resorts while we travelled by car in winter. The room was so nice and warm, the breakfast simple but delicious, the stuff is super friendly. Every evening there was a great restaurant on the first floor with cimenie. And there was a place for parking. Highly recommend!!
Very pleasant hosts. Great breakfast, best croissants! Nice large room, absolutely everything is there, a fridge with water, a kettle, even slippers. Small hotel with an amazing terrace overlooking the mountains! Parking at the hotel. Wi-Fi. Game room. There are many restaurants nearby. We highly recommend.
The hotel is nice and quiet. I had good sleep there, what is not very typical.
Especially pleasant was hotel personnel. They are from Ukraine - very positive, professional and customers-oriented. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant as well - we arrived late, but still was able to have dinner.
The staff was friendly. Breakfast had all the typical items. The hotel was a short walk from the historic center. Although I did not have a balcony, I had a nice view from the window. Parking was available in front of the hotel. Great hiking trails were nearby.
The view from the property was spectacular. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were so accommodating! They even helped with my dietary restrictions due to celiac disease. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated! A wonderful stay!
The hotel interior is vintage and cute. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. We came with a (big) dog and it was not a problem, staff actually loved her. They also have wellness that’s pretty big and it’s super nice.
Beautiful hotel with stunning views. A sauna and a jacuzzi bath IN the room was superb. Dinner in the restaurant wasn’t cheap but it was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
location is ok if you willing to travel to different valleys, the hotel offer a parking space but it isn't a big one... so first come first served, the staff is friendly and welcoming
Simple hotel in a small village. Convenient when traveling by car. Parking is free during the night in front of the hotel and we had no issues finding a sport a 7-8pm.
