Two factors made our stay in Casa Duomo wonderful. First, the location on the main square - with a table and chairs on a balcony overlooking the cathedral, the cafes and the life of Ragusa Ibla - was superb. Second, the host - Eugenio - was very kind, from the moment he picked us up from the station and drove us (without charge) to Casa Duomo. He speaks very good English, and is keen to continue improving - and conversation with him is extremely interesting, since he knows Ragusa so well but also studied political science and has a wider perspective on Sicily and beyond.

This apartment is very special, it is well appointed beautifully finished and in an incredible position in the old town very close to the duomo. The bedrooms are large light and airy, the kitchen well equipped and the three bathrooms mean sharing with friends is very easy.

A wonderful, little B&B in Ragusa Ibla on top of the city. A magnificent view included. The B&B is newly made and inspired by chocolate that can be tried during breakfast. You can even shower in chocolate to get in the right mood for the chocolate tasting. Enrico, the owner is very kind & sympathetic. Moreover, he is happy to share his knowledge about the chocolate making.
