Literally can't say enough good things about this resort. It was the highlight of our two week trip to Northern Italy. The amount of wellness amenities provided was immense, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we had inquiries. We spent a day by the indoor/outdoor pool, booked a massage, had dinner and ended the night on the deck listening to live music. It was the perfect day. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional with a variety of options and perks. They had a wine tasting bar for dinner, so you could be sure to select the right one for your meal. Our only regret was we didn't have more time here to take advantage of the numerous other perks and offerings.

The staff is really friendly and hospitable, apartment beautiful and spacious with big bath and shower, also very clean and has all you need, the view of the mountains was beautiful. We have been in Alpenschlössl in December 2022. Very clean, good spa area with attentive personnel. This part of hotel is great for people who wants to have more calm atmosphere than in the main building. By the way very good quality of manicure, a that is rare to find. Takes time but worth it 100%. Cool bar with view, a cocktails and intertainment. I have forgotten my belongings in the room and they were sent directly home. Service was great!
