The room was very well equipped with all anyone might ever need during a brief or long stay in Bolzano.
The staff was extremely helpful and even went out of their way to help me with another phone charger (I forgot mine in the train) and also with other personal items I would require. Thank you, again. I enjoyed my stay and will come back again soon.

It was a good deal with a large breakfast. Warm shower with plenty of hot water. The host gave me a Sudtiroler pass, good for seven days. It got me free bus, gondola, train, and even museum uses. I saved a fortune using it.

It's a lovely hotel situated by the Bolzano-Merano local road. The rooms are facing a wonderful apple orchard and have views to the neighboring hills. The beds are one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, room was very spacious and looked completely new. big bathroom and separate toilet. The breakfast was great, there was a lot of choice. The owners are super lovely people and very caring. All the staff is really nice and make your stay even more pleasant. Would surely stay here again.
Hotel very well managed, friendly owner and staff.
Spacious new room with a big shower, large double bed + sofa bed. Room with direct ccess to the garden.
Beautiful pool in an orchard with apple trees.
Very good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Coffee served at table on a lovely terrace overlooking valley and orchard.
Perfect location, 10min from Bolzano and 20 from Merano. Quiet and relaxing.
It works well for families with kids as well as for couples or single tourists.
Perfect location.
Perfect ambience.
Alexia and Bernhard do a great job in managing the place.
Breakfast of very high quality, with home made fruit salad, pies, marmelade…
We arrived late and there was a group of people having a good time together at the reception. we thought they were private guests of the owner but no, they were the guests of the hotel having fun together.
The two room, two bathroom + kitchenette suite was an excellent choice for a family of four + dog. The hotel is only a few years old, and everything has been built to a great standard. The breakfast was really good, staff friendly, and the hotel maintained really well. Excellent parking too just outside hotel.
Very nice place to stay for travelers with a car. I am glad we stayed here, then drove to downtown instead of staying in a hotel in downtown Bolzano. The hostess was very nice, and we were able to communicate despite the language barrier. Highly recommended.
Amazing little hotel with a great breakfast and nice garden with pool. A wonderful view on the mountains and apple orchards. The owners are very nice and friendly. We liked it so much that we stayed an extra night.
