The staff was absolutely incredible- everyone was a truly so sweet, helpful and friendly… especially the breakfast team!! Everyone in the hotel began to feel like family by the time we left. They were all so truly lovely and it made my mother and I feel like we were at home! Thank you for the excellent hospitality and the loveliest experience on Lake Como!! We will absolutely be back!! Also the garden in the back is soooo beautiful and peaceful- my favorite part of the hotel. The pianist was a lovely touch as well <3 everything was excellent!

A very relaxing atmosphere with an amazing view overlooking the mountains with lots of birds in the air and amazing people. Mainly because the access to everything was very easy and the food is simply excellent, I have no words. You usually expect the hotels with such a great location and moderately-priced to be below average, and the rating high just because of the location, despite all the negative stuff, but with this hotel that's not the case - it's good as it is. The spacious parking. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Finally, the lake view is really there and it's stunning.
