It is right next to the dunes, and has a homely atmosphere. The girl at reception was brilliant, she didnt speak English but we managed to communicate via google translate. You can order dinner in advance and they will make it for you. Try the kefta pinchitos !

Riad Les Roches left us speechless with its excellence! The hotel features a lovely swimming pool and a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast and culinary offerings were exquisite, and the guided 4x4 tour to Merzouga village was an absolute blast. Exploring the nomads and Gnaoua in Khamliya was a cultural highlight, and the desert camp experience was breathtaking. Without a doubt, a top recommendation for travelers in the Merzouga Sahara Desert.

Everyone was super nice and the experience was amazing! Starry skies, fire and music after dinner, the camel ride... the tents are huge (at least for what we were expecting) and I hadn't slept in such a big bed ever. Watching the sunrise was the cherry on top! Totally recommend the experience and this camp!

Very friendly staff. Room very comfortable and large. Also, the breakfast was huge and tasty - mix of cold items and a hot egg dish, plus coffee, mint tea, etc. Lovely. What I loved most about this place was that you could walk out and within minutes be surrounded by dunes. If you're feeling even mildly energetic/adventurous, you can walk all the way out to the middle of the dunes, past all the camel trains, and climb to the top of the highest or next-highest dunes, and watch the sun set or rise. Either (or both) of which are outstanding experiences. :)
