We arrived 30 minutes before check-in. The front desk gal, Paola, was so incredibly rude with us, telling us we needed to wait for one more hour.
Well, we had a late lunch and came back two hours later. Then we were rudely told we would have to wait one or two more hours and that if we left the hotel, it might be 4 or more hours. We sat on a dirty, filthy couch in the lobby waiting without air conditioning. The manager came over and told us to continue waiting for our room. There was no courtesy extended, no apologies, no discount, no bottle of water. We were met with rudeness and disrespect.
The hotel allows smoking inside. All the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room was so heavily perfumed to disguise the cigarette smoke, it gave us an instant headache.
Breakfast was marginal.
Never again for me or my girlfriend.
This hotel is a little run down, have stayed in hundreds of hotels, I give it 2 stars or less.
The overwhelming disrespect and rudeness was barely tolerable.

Nothing I like. I booked it again to see if they have better room than what I got. Unfortunately, I got the worst room. It stank lots of flies coming in from the bathroom window. Smells like dead animals full of flies. It’s noisy as I can hear people outside and cars too.
