This hotel was a much needed oasis in the heat of Oaxaca. It was close to everything and quiet enough to get rest and feel that we are on holiday. Their design, courtyard and large rooms have only helped with the resort feel of this boutique hotel. However, the best part were staff who ensured you were hydrated, were always there to help, suggested an amazing private driver for sightseeing and also always had a smile on their faces. Their little gifts (soap, coffee) only helped to seal the deal on the fact that if we come back to Oaxaca we are coming back to NanaVida.

The staff. Betty, Abby, Pauline and all the the staff were efficient, gracious, patient, and knowledgable. And the breakfast each morning was fantastic. They run an ecofriendly establishment, and through their efforts help adolescent Oaxacans reach educational goals they would not otherwise be able to attain.
