service tray wasn't up to standard paper cups mean tea bags (into paper cups)Yuk? gentleman on reception very helpful thanks to this gentleman bag tea exchanged for b/tea ,breakfast room although large was so crowded not very organised sloppy cerial 1 of no choice sadly could have been better organised people running everywhere no routine selection average of b/food sadly we hated writing up this over/all of this beautifully placed hotel and free parking as standard paying what we paid was far from reasonable 170euro's 1 nite sadly wont stay there again but to those whom helped whist we were in there care E.G. gentleman helpful and nice attitude james williams.thanks to all concerned

Beautiful town with the town centre being easily accessible...
Beautiful town with the town centre being easily accessible by foot from the hotel within 5 minutes. Woerden has a lot of history with Roman artefacts being found in the town centre. I would have like to have seen more of the places to visit, the Castle, Churches, Stadhouse/Museum, Jewish Monument have more information in English displayed. A town with a lot of history.
A town with a lot of history. A great place to spend a few days, great restaurants all around. Some shops nearby and a lovely walk around what once the defence moat which surrounds the town. Google earth it before you visit.

Beautiful dutch village with plenty of shopping and...
Beautiful dutch village with plenty of shopping and restaurants. In addition, this town also has it's own windmill and castle (all within walking distance). We found this to be a good home base since our plans were to drive to Delft, Keukenhof, Gouda and Kinderdijk. We didn't want to go from hotel-to-hotel. All of those city's/locations were only within an hour drive. Which worked perfectly for us. When we returned back to the hotel, we went for walks through the village. We love it here and will definitely go back!

It was clean and I was able to park on the property for an extra 10 euro (you might get lucky and get free street parking outside). The hotel is central and has easy access to the train station, town and a nice park. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner but there options within walking distance. There are sheep and some chickens around and birds singing. Wonderful quiet authentic holiday experience. House has everything you need for a family vacation. With the car we were able to reach half of Holland within 1 hour: tons of things to do. Woerden's city center is around 3 km by feet in the wonderful surroundings.AllaGermany

Sunday was free parking in all Woerden. The breakfast was great as were the lunch, dinner and snack options. The bed is huge and the pillows are thr best. We just felt that they all care about us when we were in the hotel, like they know us.
