The room is so spacious and the toilet has jet sprayer and bidet, a plus for me. The location is great, it has nice beach access & the 7 hanging valley cliff trail with great view. The restaurant also has good food. Staff are very nice too.. When the whether is not good, I have the facility of the resort to enjoy.

The space had a bedroom with 2 comfortable twin beds and bathroom. The shower was large and had awesome water pressure and hot/cold temperature. Hairdryer available. A community room had a living room and small fridge. A good buffet breakfast was available.

Isabell was fantastic, we got in late and needed help booking an activity. She dropped what she was doing and made us a priority. Everyday she made us feel welcome and important. Best host we had in Portugal. We had a private terrace off our room to enjoy morning coffee and plan our day. Also a wonderful place to dry beach towels and just relax. The pool was very very clean and very refreshing after a swim in the ocean.

Carvoeiro was excellent, smaller and quieter than some of the other towns and still had more restaurants than you can visit in a week and they all were excellent. Easy walk to multiple beaches and lots of exploring to do with the Seven Hanging Valleys trail so close. No need for a car everything was a short walk. Carvoeiro Tours was an excellent boat tour of the caves that picked us up right on the beach. Boneca Bar in the Algar Seco was just a fantastic lunch stop after the tour for drinks and more exploring.AllenUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

We were there in November, weather was rainy and windy the first day, but sunny and 65 the second day. This is a hard town to get to from Seville, so we ended up hiring a driver to take us from Seville to Faro where we rented a car and drove to Carvoeiro. Lovely little town. We ate at O Cantinho and A Gale, both traditional Portuguese restaurants that I would highly recommend. Great boardwalk along the cliffs above the ocean. Easy to walk around, hilly, but that did not bother us. Pretty short drive to Praha Marinha where we hiked the the seven hanging valleys trail. All in all, a great spot for exploring the Algarve. We have been to this area before and like it’s proximity to the town, you can walk there is 30 mins, Carvoeira, also there are supermarkets cafes and restaurants nearby, some of the later you can walk to. There are several interesting towns nearby such as Alvor and Silves and beautiful boardwalks at Alvor and Salgados plus the lovely walk at beach at Pria do Vale de Centeanes. Favourite place to eat for us have been O Algar at Benagil, La Bella Vita, Primavera plus Organic or Earth for breakfast/ brunch and Decadente for coffee snacks and drinks in the evening.LindaUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Lovely town. Lovely friendly people. Enjoyed everything the town had to offer. Highlight was the coastal boardwalk to Algar Seco. Highly recommend both Café Fino or The Earth Café for breakfast. we walked the boardwalk on the edge of the cliff ,had lunch and dinner many times down near the ocean ,saw the famous caves ,lounged atop the cliff in restaurant Benagil lovely picturesque view , take it all in it will be an experience you will cherish for life. enjoy

The staff were extremely nice and helpful with everything we wanted. They allowed us to check in early and also leave our baggage after checkout for later pickup. They had some great suggestions to do around the area as well. The place is advertised in the images and description. The view out the balcony was great and everything in the house exuded a level of luxury, professionalism and thoughtfulness. If you go to Carvoeiro, unless you're right in the centre, you're up a hill. They really aren't that bad and I'm 70+. Every picture I've seen of the pool at Sentosa does not do it justice (except for the ones we have taken). We've stayed in many villas in Carvoeiro and this has been the best pool. When the sun is shining it looks very inviting.

We walked the short way into Carvoeiro for a boat ride from the beach (you won't regret doing this), then took the stunning cliffwalk back to the hotel.
