The rooms clean and well prepared, booking was easy, and it is literally right along the camino. The pool was perfectly crisp during a heat wave and the rooms had AC if needed. Shower water was hot and had excellent water pressure. For the restaurant you were supposed to have made a reservation, I didn’t, but they still took me and I had one of the most delicious meals that I’ve had in Portugal Every staff member I encountered was welcoming, kind, usually excellent in English and seemed genuine.AnnaUnited States of America

Room entrance had a comfortable swing and a table, which allowed us to sit just outside the room and enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel. Restaurant/bar was nicely decorated, the staff was nice and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious (albeit a little expensive). Checkout was instant (since the access was through a unique door code, so there was no need for drop-off).

The room was very spacious with lots of closet space for you to store your stuff. The guy at the desk gave a really good tip of walking over tot the castle that night and in the morning you could just walk the road to the bridge. I still walked the castle because I wanted to see it in the morning light without all the people.

The unforgettable atmosphere in the old stone house situated in spacy green area. And wonderful, big and clean swimming-pool.
