Ens ha agradat molt la ubicació d'aquest hotel familiar, al voltant d'un petit llac que ofereix un ambient pausat però alhora a tocar del passseig marítim, dels restaurants i tots els serveis de l'illa. Els diferents membres de la família que regenta l'establiment s'han mostrat molt amables i ens han ajudat en tot allò que hem necessitat. L'habitació és perfecta, decorada amb molt de gust i, sobretot, amb un gran finestral que permet una vista extensa del llac i els voltants i dues butaquetes molt còmodes per descansar i contemplar l'entorn. L’habitació esta molt bé, teniem dos llits dobles, armari i lavabo gran. Aire acondicionat i ventilador. Les instal·lacions estan molt noves. Molt ben situat ja que es troba a un carrer principal de Cat Ba. La dona es va mostrar molt atenta, ens va llogar moto i ens va reservar un taxi el dia que marxavem.
