Our stay at Purple Haze was fanstastic! Louf and Thembi were warm and welcoming. Purple Haze is so peaceful and a perfect escape from our busy lives. The rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equiped. We were surrounded by breathtaking views of the beach and the Cintsa landscape. We would definitely visit again. A perfect mother and daughter vacation stay. Thank you Louf and Thembi ( MamZangwa).

Travelled with my teenage son.
Travelled with my teenage son. He got bored after a few days - not a lot of activities for teenagers. The activities and places to visit in the area a but expensive. The backpackers was very quiet for this time of the year - no group activities for school holidays. We played some golf at Olivewood - that was great!
Gill's Beach House is an exceptional place. We much enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing, view breathtaking and the house has literally everything you need. A few nice restaurants in the area, there is a nice Spar about 15km away if the local shop doesn't have everything you need. Also a lot to do in and around Cintsa, including a spa in Cintsa!
I can't stress it enough, the house is amazing!
Great location and Suki and Taki are delightful hosts! What more could you want?
Our room was comfortable and spotless, with an ensuite shower and delicious rusks. Within walking distance to a small supermarket, deli and restaurants and a few hundred metres from the beach.
From the fruit juice to the final coffee, the breakfast was an excellent start to the day.
Our hosts were wonderful - very welcoming, and helpful. Willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We felt like old friends after 24 hours!
Excellent location close to beach, lovely outdoor area and braai, with fire prepared by our host.
The solar power was a bonus - we did not feel any effects of load-shedding.

The beachy vibe put us in a relaxed, and happy holiday mood. Beautiful sea views and outdoor space with tables and benches. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and decor. Will be back . Lovely , friendly welcoming host. Great communication.
Lovely room, extremely wide and comfortable, with a spectacular view on the Indian Ocean and all the area around Chintsa. I have truly appreciated the warm hospitality and kindness of the owner, her enthusiasm is contagious and her advice very helpful. Highly recommended
I loved that it was five minutes walk away from the beach, the peace and serenity of the location and guest house was just what we needed for a holiday break. The hosts are the friendliest and most accommodating cute couple. Not a place to miss!
The room had a great view of Chintsa Bay / the river. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. The staff were friendly and seemed to be doing their best amidst load shedding/power cuts and having recently hosted a high volume of guests.
Wonderful views, nice and relaxing. Lay in bed with a fantastic view of the sea and even saw some cows strolling along the beach. Will definitely stay longer next time.
The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The beach view spectacular. Everything you need for cooking available. The garden was beautiful. Beach close by.
