New kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave and all You need. Nice view of the sea from the terrace, peace and quiet. Nice beach at the end of garden...nothing more needed! A sensational holiday until you didn't want to leave!

Hosts (owner as well as property manager who is always available) were lovely and enriched our stay with a well-equipped kitchen and even some giveaways (domestic olive oil and wine). The surrounding is so beautiful - a perfect place to relax! The beach bar down the hill with live music was lovely.

Iva and Tomislav were great hosts. They had great communication anytime I messaged them. The place was easy to find and check in was easy as well. The balcony overlooking the sea was my favorite. Waking up to catch the sunrise was great. The location was pretty close to the beach (3 min walk) and if food or supplies are needed it’s a 6-8 minute drive into town of Supetar. The house was spotless when we arrived and was equipped with everything we needed. The large sectional couch and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend this place as a peaceful and comfortable get away and would definitely stay here again.

House Monarch, hytte i Sutivan

Featuring pool views, House Monarch features accommodation with balcony, around 100 metres from Beach Majakovac. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay.

The apartment was a great choice! Everything was as described in the pictures, in fact...! Cleanliness and a brand new apartment greeted us. Our hosts were very nice and helpful. Lili and Norbert were always at our disposal. We thank them very much for this week. It was a great relaxation. The beach is close, only 6-8 minutes on foot. The narrow streets and hills can be a challenge but I had no problem. Our car was also parked in a safe place. The pool is not very big but super and clean. It came in handy when we just needed a cooling dip in the afternoon heat. Sutivan is a small town but very charming. The evenings are lively in the harbour and there are lots of great little cosy restaurants. (Restaurant Miki is one of the best) I I can only recommend this wonderful Diamond, Hotel Monarch.

Great Villa, 3 large master bedrooms all ensuite, nice open lounge/kitchen area. The place is set up for 6 people in comfort. Garage and Off street parking. The hostess, Katarina met us on arrival and was helpful. The villa is in a good location near the sea, the port and the shops and has a good sea view.

The house is new, clean and arranged with taste - at the same time it has everything you might need and is very convenient. The other best past of the house is not in the house - the outside terrace is surrounded by olive trees, peace and quiet (if you don’t count cicadas of course). Oh, and the beach is 200 meters from the house and you have a private access to it, if you fancy. The house is equipped with two vintage bicycles which you can use to get to Sutivan, around 2kilometers away. The host is very friendly and ready to help whenever you need him. Additionally, they produce their own olive oil which you can try and buy directly from there.
