We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely accommodation. The host Matteo was incredibly kind and helpful going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His tips for eating out both close to the apartment and in the other city's districts were incredible (I am only sorry we had not enough time to try all of them :) The location was very good with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk (10 min) away from the Vatican (the northern side, entrance to Vatican museums). If you need to buy groceries there are many within several minutes walk. The apartment itself was immaculate and well appointed. I also appreciated the quiet surroundings, the room was completely noise free. Needless to say, check-in was a breeze. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. I won't be looking for other places to stay on my next visit to Rome

Germano, the host, is super friendly, attentive, easy to reach and available for every need. He is very helpful in every respect. He was also flexible with regards to our checkin, which we appreciated a lot.

Niccolò is a great host: he expected us in front of the building and than gave us a tour of the property, explaining everything. There is a park just across the street and the metro station Piramide at 3 minutes walk through this park. A local supermarket with very nice products and prices is at 12-15 min walk. Ask Niccolò about it. For a successful visit in Rome, this is one of the best choices so far.
