The room (suite 401) was spacious and modern. It was newly decorated. Unlike other centrally located hotels, there was parking in the basement of the building with lifts which go straight to your floor. This was at an additional charge of €16/ 24hrs. The parking is not owned by the hotel so they cannot guarantee there will be a space for you. It cannot be reserved. We didn’t experience a problem because we did not go at a busy time (Spring after end of ski season).

Located high in the east Pyrenees, Andorra la Vella is the capital of the Principality of Andorra and the highest capital in Europe. This beautiful city is a popular ski destination and a major commercial centre.
Famous for its natural heritage, the town is separated in two parts. The new part of the town is very commercial, while the charming old town is characterised by picturesque stone streets and houses. Visit a local restaurant and enjoy traditional dishes like escudella, which is a stew of chicken, sausage and meatballs.
Relax in the park of the city centre or visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley with the glacial landscape. Ideal for all levels of skiers, the ski area of Grandvalira is the largest one in Southern Europe.

The city has no airport and the train station of L'Hospitalet-près-l'Andorre is the last one before Andorra and about two hours from Toulouse. There are regular bus services from Andorra-l’Ospitalet to Andorra la Vella.
It was a great few days in Andorra la Vella. Everyone in the Andorra Park Hotel was very service oriented. The hotel restaurant was very good for all meals. They wanted to do everything to make you happy. The town restaurants were friendly and great. We are two times at IZai, a tapas restaurant. Delicious! We enjoyed visiting Roc del Quer overlook and walking across the Tibeta Bridge. Amazing views! We would visit again.

AndBus is very good bus company to go there from Barcelona.
AndBus is very good bus company to go there from Barcelona. Their bus leaves just next to the El Prat airport.
The city centre of Andorra la Vella is nice with many shops, restaurants and cafeteria’s but it is enough for 1 day. Restaurant Big-Ben was a nice French restaurant with variety of foods. Salmon was good!
I would definitely recommend to go the mountain walking tours. I went there with an experienced mountain guide who gives you all the information around the area (history, mountains, endemic plants)
İgnasi was a perfect mountain guide and it is worth to do it!

This place is a year round shopping destination as well as a winter season ski resort. Because of the very low taxes (some non existent) all goods (not just luxury) are at significantly discounted prices than are otherwise applicable in the rest of Europe. Beware however that both French and Spanish border officials are strict about their policing of limits of certain goods (mainly alcohol) that can be brought across their borders.

It's an interesting little capital of a lovely country (or principality, its official designation). I was there in mid-September, a good time for hiking or cycling in the surrounding mountains. The language spoken by native Andorrans is Catalan, but many residents have come from other countries to service the tourist industry, so you will have little trouble if you speak Spanish, French, or English. The prices are reasonable, compared to major cities in other European countries. If you don't have a car, public bus service is pretty good.

Andorra la Vella (the city) is very easy to get by once you get to know their escalators / stairs around the city. It's built in top of the mountain so for most of the walkable/pedestrian streets you need to take a lift in any building you see once you get off the bus station, for example. You will see a lot of parking areas and you can take their lifts to the main pedestrian streets there. Some other buildings like hotels and such will indicate pedestrian crosses THRU their buildings too. We didn't know and asked a policeman who told us of this, otherwise we were kinda lost haha. There's streets that take you to the upper level too, by just walking up the hills, but there seem to be a lot of construction work going on and some of this steep streets are closed off, so it's best to go with the lifts. Fave places: Caldea Spa!! Where to eat: Midtown for brunch and lunch, they have the best american burgers; La Tagliatella for the best Italian pasta; Excalibur for beers, and Criterium Bicycle Cafe for the best coffee and cakes experience!! They even have protein smoothies :) so great! The city center is nice but gets really crowded on Spanish holidays so next time I'll go in the middle of the week and would avoid holidays and weekends.

A wonderful city.
A wonderful city. Around the mountains, there are several walking paths through the mountains from the city. There are thermal springs in the city. The city is lively, there are many modern sculptures, flowing rivers. The environment is very clean. The food in the restaurants is good and inexpensive, and you can choose from various cuisines. The prices in the shops are friendly. I recommend visiting the house museum where the Council of Andorra met. When you buy a ticket, you will also receive an audio guide. People are kind, helpful, they speak English well. I walked around the city because the hotel was close to the center. Easy access to the city by public transport. I went to eat in restaurants near the central street.

I decided to get a massage before leaving. the place is very clean and nice. The massage was amazing. Jonathan is a professional in his field and an interesting conversationalist. I highly recommend that you visit this massage parlor, it is the best thing in this hotel. And I needed medicine, Yonatan said that he had it at home, after the massage I went to the bathhouse and shower, and he went home and brought the medicine, it was very nice and thank you for your help Yonatan. Excellent hotel. Kind staff. We got our room and there was a very heavy smell of cigarettes (we booked a non-smoking room). We contacted the reception and immediately our room was changed to another room. The room is spacious and clean. Excellent and varied breakfast. Good and free Wifi. Excellent location- about 5 minutes walk from Caldea spa complex and about 2 minutes walk from the shopping boulevard. We enjoyed very much, highly recommended!
Amazing location, just behind Casa de la Vall, close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Super nice design of the hotel, both in the rooms and in the common space, with some traditional elements but also with some modern ones (the lamps on the corridor and in the room were the best 💎☠️😊). Very comfortable. Very easy self check-in and check-out.
the room was amazing, breakfast perfect and location the best possible. Actually I still don't understand the people that was complaining in the reviews. The hotel is old? yes, a little bit, but all the furniture is still perfect and beautiful. Was the best price in town when I've been there and I am very happy with the experience.
The room was large and well decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable. We ate in the hotel both the nights we stayed - the restaurant staff were patient with us as we do not speak any spanish and the food on both nights was lovely. I would highly recommend the Art Hotel Mojito - delicious! The hotel is in a great location.
I was very happy with the location of the hotel right in the middle of Andorra la Vella. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me out with my questions on sightseeing and shopping. I also spent an hour at the spa as part of my package and enjoyed the facilities.
Friendly stuff, good location, not bad SPA (small, costed additional €2/person, sauna was surprisingly warm), good restaurant, clean room, all the needed bath stuff and tea things was it the room. It was warm, bed is comfy. Parking costs €15/night, locates in ~150m from hotel.
The room was sparkling clean and was cleaned every day. The location is great - it takes only 5 mins walking maximum to Caldea, about 10mins walking from the city center of Andorra la Vella. The supermarket is also about 10mins walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
What a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views. Food is out of the world and the wine collection is impressive! Lots of facilities, including some amazing relaxation spas. Finding parking at the property was effortless, staff were very friendly, attentive and always helpful.
The beds were very comfy and the room was spacious. Staff were helpfull and showed how to get around Andorra, the hotel was very close to everything and we liked the gym and sauna. Also the breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious. Nice view from the breakfast area.
The location was great - downtown Andorra la Vella but in a quiet corner facing the park so it was quiet at nights. The twin room was very spacious, plenty of space for 2 people and a dog. The hotel is pups friendly and has a 3rd party managed garage right below.
Excellent Hotel, very centrally located to the pedestrian shopping zone as well as Caldea Spa. Parking available in hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a nice discovery of Andorra!
