The apartment is in the residential area, quiet and safe. A few minutes walk from Santa Rita station, and the Consum supermarket is just a few meters away from the apartment. The room is basic but clean, and the bed is comfy. The bathroom is outside the room, but it's only for the tenant of the room, which is good. The kitchen is well equipped and free to use.
Feli is very friendly and briefed me about the apartment upon arrival. She lives in the apartment but respects the privacy and personal space of the tenants.

I didn’t go around too far as the hotel area is quite away from main attractions. The area looks very much like an industrial state with many big businesses around. Probably the hotel would be handy for business travel with contacts nearby. For holidays and proper Valencia life, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or area.LidiaUnited Kingdom - 2.0Scored 2.0

This is not a tourist attraction area, so nothing much to see or do . Staying here for work is not a good idea as public transport is not good. City centre , which is about 20 min metro ride from here, has a few attractions, best of which is san Nicholas church. It has frescos all over the walls , size of the hall may be about 200 feet by hundred feet. Going to the new imax Cinema will take around an hour with multiple transport changes.

The bed was comfortable, the parking was free, the cleaning services were good, but as an overview the stay was not so pleasant for a 3-star hotel. No coffee after breakfast, no restaurant in the weekend, furniture in bad shape, nothing to see within the walking distance.

The bed sheets are wonderful and the pillows very very comfortable! We asked the reception to come and close a window because was not working and they came fast and fixed it. Also the cleaning personnel were nice and vacuumed the sand in our room and provided us with all that we needed. We will sure come back to this hotel. Was really wonderful!IustiAustria

It is a green area, with a gas station nearby and a burger king, in case all restaurants are closed or not opened yet. It is a pet friendly hotel, so you can come with your pet there. The room was big and spacious. The personnel was friendly and polite.
